ALL YOU NEED, A COMFY PLACE, Amsterdam

The property lies 7 km from Artis Zoo and Rembrandt House, and 21 km from Schiphol Airport. The nearest tram stop (Steigereiland, served by tram 26) is a short walk away, providing a direct 15-to-20-minute connection to Amsterdam Centraal. Supermarkets, cafés, and a riverside walk are within walking distance, and the Royal Theater Carré and A'DAM Lookout are easily reached by public transport. For those driving, on-site parking is available (€15/day, reservation needed). The quiet residential character makes this a suitable base for visitors who prefer a calm evening after exploring the city.

Each room is part of a private home but offers complete privacy with its own private bathroom (toilet, bath, shower, hairdryer) and separate entrance. Rooms feature a tea and coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and a dining table. Parquet floors, heating, ironing facilities, and free toiletries are standard. The quadruple room sleeps up to three guests (three beds) and includes a lake view. The space is compact but efficiently arranged, with good natural light and fresh air circulation. Road-facing rooms are quiet due to the low-traffic neighbourhood, and air conditioning is not present, though windows provide ventilation.

The property does not offer a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A dining area is provided within the room, and you can order wine/champagne or fresh fruit for an additional fee. For main meals, a supermarket and several cafés are within a few minutes' walk, and the tram provides quick access to the wider Amsterdam dining scene. Plan ahead for self-catering or eating out, as the on-site options are minimal.

Wi-Fi is free and fast (98 Mbps, capable of 4K streaming and video calls). On-site parking costs €15 per day (reservation required), and an electric vehicle charging station is available. Luggage storage is free, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore unburdened. A paid airport shuttle (pick-up and drop-off) can be arranged with the host. Express check-in/check-out and VIP check-in/out are possible, and an invoice is provided. Daily housekeeping, ironing, and laundry are available at an extra charge. The property is non-smoking throughout, family rooms are available, and key-access security with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers is in place. Accessible parking is available.
