The B&B is located in IJburg, Amsterdam's innovative new urban island district. The nearest tram stop (line 26) is approximately 600 metres away, providing a direct 12-minute ride to Central Station and connections to all major museums and landmarks: Rijksmuseum, Leidseplein, Dam Square, Anne Frank House, and beyond. Schiphol Airport is a 15-minute drive. The area is ideal for cycling: the property offers bike rental, and routes connect to Arena Stadio, Ziggo Dome, Diemer Park, and Muiderslot. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find a variety of cafes, brasseries, restaurants, and a weekend market. Tram tickets are available digitally via app. Street parking with 22 kW charging stations is available (charging parking is free).

All rooms offer flat-screen TVs with streaming services, tea/coffee making facilities, a washing machine, and lake views. Heating, fans, and an iron are provided. The Family Room is the only room type with a private bathroom (bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers) and features a spacious layout, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware), and access to a washing machine. The Superior Double Room is located below water level, with windows at water's edge for a unique view of waterfowl. It shares a bathroom. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, and free toiletries are provided. Triple and single rooms are also available, all with shared bathroom facilities. No rooms have a balcony. Several rooms are located in the hull of the houseboat, so comfort is typical for a boat; some rooms may feel small for three adults. The property is quiet and clean.

A breakfast buffet is available daily at an additional charge of €5 per person. The offering includes continental, Italian, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items, as well as a breakfast-to-go option. Special diets can be accommodated on request. The property offers two outdoor pools and a free open-air bath, all open year-round. The B&B is moored in a swimmable lake, and swimming from the property is possible for those who enjoy cold water. A beach is also accessible. Bicycle rental (with additional charge) and bike tours are popular ways to explore the area. Other leisure activities include fishing (free), walking tours, pub crawls, cooking classes, and golf (within 3 km). Tennis, water park, and temporary art galleries are available off-site for an additional charge. The surrounding area is architecturally innovative and part of a planned neighbourhood, making walks and cycle trips particularly interesting.
