ALOJAMIENTO FANTASIA, Madrid

Accommodation consists of private rooms within a shared apartment. Room types include double and triple rooms. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming apps, and a wardrobe. The double room features one bed, and the triple room offers two beds. Beds are described as comfortable by some, but many have reported that mattresses are old and sagging, bedding (sheets, duvets) is often dirty, stained, or has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows are flat or very thin. Rooms can be noisy: walls are thin, doors are old and squeaky, and noise from other guests, the adjacent bar, traffic, and the air conditioning unit is common. Window coverings are insufficient to block light and noise. Electrical outlets in rooms are limited, and Wi-Fi can be unreliable. The shared bathroom is modern with a rain shower, but is shared among up to 9 guests, leading to wait times and a 15-minute use limit. Basic washcloths are sometimes provided, but toiletries are not.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A shared kitchen with basic equipment (a stove, refrigerator, and some utensils) is available. The kitchen may lack essential items such as a microwave, a dining table, chairs, and sufficient cookware for multiple guests. Several dining options are within a short walk: Fu Hao and La Oveja Negra Restaurante are both 0.5 km away, while Boanerges is 0.5 km. There are also a McDonald's and Arribi Obrador de la Mar 1 km away. For guests needing a full meal, the immediate area provides practical choices, but those seeking a wider variety of evening dining may prefer to travel to central Madrid.
