AMAZING APARTMENTS MALAGA CENTER, Malaga

The apartment block sits on Sebastian Souviron, a quiet side street in the historic centre. Marqués de Larios shopping street is a 2-minute walk away, Málaga Cathedral is 5 minutes on foot, and the Picasso Museum and Roman Theatre are about a 10-minute walk. The main shopping, dining and nightlife areas are right on the doorstep. The nearest transport hub is Málaga Maria Zambrano train station, a 15-minute walk away; for the airport, the train from Málaga Centro Alameda station (a 5-minute walk) takes 15 minutes. La Malagueta Beach is 2 km away, a pleasant 20-minute walk through the old town.

The apartments are duplex or open-plan layouts, with a living/dining area on the lower level and a sleeping area upstairs. Bed configurations vary: some have two double beds (one up, one down) and a pull-out single, while others offer a double bed downstairs and another double upstairs. Bedrooms include a wardrobe, and the private bathroom has a shower. Each apartment is fitted with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cookware and a washing machine. An iron and tea/coffee facilities are also provided. The attic studio has its own private terrace overlooking the interior courtyard, which keeps the apartment quiet despite the central location. Some apartments are interior-facing, further reducing street noise.

The apartment itself has no restaurant or breakfast service. Guests can prepare their own meals using the microwave, toaster, kettle and hob, with a dining table in the living area. The immediate surroundings offer a high concentration of dining options: Meson de Yoli, Casa Aranda, La Recova, Bertani Cafe, and several other restaurants are within 300 metres. A popular coffee bar is at the building's entrance. The host provides personalised recommendations for nearby restaurants, including hidden local spots and outdoor patios.

There is no wellness centre on site. However, the central location puts Málaga's main leisure attractions within easy walking distance. The Picasso Museum, Roman Theatre and Alcazaba fortress are around 10 minutes away, and the Contemporary Art Centre is a 10-minute walk. The beach at La Malagueta is 2 km from the apartment, and the city's botanical garden (La Concepcion) is 7 km away - accessible by bus or taxi.
