The apartment is on pedestrianised Calle Granada, 80 m from Calle Larios and 200 m from Málaga Cathedral. All main sights, restaurants and bars are steps away. The airport bus stop (Alameda Principal) is a 10-minute walk, and Maria Zambrano train station is 15-20 minutes on foot. Despite being in the bustling centre, double-glazed windows keep the apartment quiet. The beach and pier are a 20-minute walk. Guests arriving by car should pre-book a space in the nearby Plaza de la Marina car park (approx. €20-25/day).

Each unit features a spacious layout with a living room (some have a dining/seating area), a separate bedroom and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and cookware. Bed linen and towels are provided, and towel changes are free on request. Apartments have wide windows (no balcony) with city or mountain views, parquet floors, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV. The property has a lift. Double-pane windows ensure good sound insulation, keeping the apartments quiet despite the central location.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and cookware), enabling guests to prepare their own meals. There is no restaurant, breakfast or bar on site. However, the location in the historic centre puts you within metres of countless restaurants, tapas bars, cafés and ice cream shops - Terra Mia, El Tapeo de Cervantes and Plaza de Chinitas are all less than a 5-minute walk away.

The apartments have no wellness, pool or fitness facilities. For leisure, the beach and pier are within a 20-minute walk. The pedestrianised historic centre offers shopping, cafés and cultural attractions such as the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum, all easily reached on foot.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Reception services (Mon-Fri, except holidays) provide an invoice and luggage storage at a locker on Calle Caldererías, N6 (until 20:00). The property has a lift, key-card access and is fully non-smoking. A washing machine is available in each apartment. For stays of 7 days or more, one free weekly cleaning and linen change is included; additional cleanings can be arranged at €10/hour. Private parking (reservation required, €25/day) is available nearby on Plaza de la Marina. No airport shuttle service.
