Bathrooms are private: the master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and stand-in shower, while the second bath has a shower-tub combo. Free toiletries, tea/coffee maker, ironing facilities, and a dining area are included.

Each apartment includes a hot tub as a standout feature - the master bath has a jacuzzi tub, and some units also have a separate hot tub. The property does not have a swimming pool; guests seeking a pool can use facilities at the sister property, Americana Condos on 10th Street (not included in the booking). The beach is a one-minute walk away, providing direct access for swimming, sunbathing, and water activities.

Parking is free and private, with one space under the building and up to two additional spaces at a nearby sister property overflow lot - no reservation needed.
