SURFSIDE MOTEL - SEASIDE HEIGHTS, Seaside Heights

The motel sits directly across from the boardwalk entrance, putting the beach, arcades, and amusement piers within a minute's walk. Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach Waterpark are a 5-minute walk away, and Funtown Pier is a short walk along the boards. Numerous dining and drinking options - including Santeria, Goobers Shore Thing, and Beachcomber Bar & Grill - are within 0.5 km. Chadwick Beach is a 12-minute drive, and Point Pleasant Beach is 19 km south. The location is walkable for the entire seaside experience; a car is not needed once parked.

Each room includes air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a mini-refrigerator. Select rooms feature a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator - but no cooking utensils, pots, or dishes are provided. Some rooms have a balcony, and a limited number of rooms offer an ocean view (based on availability). The property uses traditional key access, and the overall condition and maintenance of rooms varies significantly. Rooms can feel cramped, especially for families, and bedding is often described as old or uncomfortable. Those sensitive to noise should be aware that the property can be quite lively, especially during peak season.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally from 9:00 to 18:00, weather permitting, and is free for guests. Sun loungers are provided on the pool deck. The pool area is a central social hub, especially for families. The motel does not have a spa or gym. For beach access, the front desk provides free beach passes, though the beach itself carries a daily access charge. The motel is situated less than one block from the sand and boardwalk, putting all seaside leisure activities - swimming, sunbathing, piers, and arcades - immediately accessible.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, but connectivity can be inconsistent. Parking is free and on-site; no reservation is needed, but the lot is small. Luggage storage is free and useful for late departures. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge, though restocking of towels and toilet paper may require a request at the front desk. The front desk is staffed during day and evening hours, and security patrols are present overnight. The property uses physical keys for room access; electronic keycards are not available. There is no lift - access to upper floors is by stairs only. Cots are not available, and the motel does not accept pets.
