Shinagawa Station, a major hub, is two stops away. For Haneda Airport, the train takes about 30 minutes; a direct bus also operates from a nearby stop. The immediate neighbourhood is packed with convenience stores (7-Eleven in the hotel, Lawson and Family Mart adjacent), a supermarket inside the station, and dozens of restaurants and izakayas within a 300-metre radius. Atre Shopping Mall is attached to the station. Nearby landmarks include Shinagawa Aquarium (1 km), Omori Shell Mounds, and several shrines. The area is relatively calm at night, and there is a small park nearby.

Single and double rooms are available, all with a private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. In-room amenities include an electric kettle, yukata, and a flat-screen TV with free video-on-demand. The rooms are on the small side, typical of Japanese business hotels; floor space is limited, and large suitcases may need to be stored under the bed.
