APARION APARTMENTS BERLIN, Berlin

Located in a leafy villa district with a tram stop immediately outside and a bus stop a 10-minute walk away, the apartments offer a peaceful base away from the city centre. While the centre requires a bus or tram transfer (routes via S- and U-Bahn are straightforward), drivers benefit from free parking on site and easy road access to the Berlin Messe exhibition grounds. The Botanical Garden is a pleasant walk through the neighbouring villa area, and a supermarket is within a 5-minute walk for daily supplies.

The apartments range from one-bedroom units to larger layouts with a separate living room. Each includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware, along with a dining area and seating space. Bathrooms feature a bath or walk-in shower and free toiletries. The functional, practical furnishings include a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe, and electric blackout blinds on large windows. Some apartments offer a balcony looking onto the garden. While room temperature can get warm, the ground-floor units may experience some smoke from outside. The area is notably quiet, supporting good sleep conditions overall.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Guests can use the kitchenette to prepare their own meals, and a supermarket a 5-minute walk away makes self-catering straightforward. A free coffee machine in the lobby dispenses various hot drinks, but only when reception is staffed (generally weekday mornings). A Thai restaurant (Thai by Thai) is located 1 km from the apartments.

The property does not offer a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. The enclosed garden provides an outdoor space to sit, and the quiet green surroundings are well suited for walking or cycling. The nearby Botanical Garden and a dog-friendly beach within a 10-minute drive are alternative leisure options in the area.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The self-check-in machine operates 24/7 for arrivals after reception closes at 19:00, and the process is generally straightforward. Keys use a key-card system, and a lift serves all floors. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available (EUR 2.50 per use via app). Luggage storage can be arranged by prior arrangement. Extra beds and baby cots are available on request at no additional cost. Pets are allowed on request, with nightly fees between EUR 6.00 and EUR 14.00 depending on the animal. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Maestro, EC-Card, and MasterCard.
