The property is positioned 6 km from the airport, 5 km from IFEMA, and within 8 km of major sights: the Royal Palace, Temple of Debod, Plaza Mayor, and Paseo del Prado. Supermarkets, bars, cafés, and restaurants (including nearby spots such as Sabor Norteño, La Despensa, and Tierra de Especias) are within a short walk. Free street parking is sometimes available in the neighbourhood, though it is not guaranteed.

Accommodation consists of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each includes air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle), a washing machine, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
