The neighbourhood is noticeably calmer than central Madrid, but everything major is within easy walking or a short metro ride.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms (both with comfortable beds, as reported), one bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and a heated towel rail. The living area includes a sofa, dining table, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee maker, plus cookware and utensils. A balcony with city views is accessible from the main living space.
