The property sits on a quiet street in the pedestrian-friendly old town, putting all major attractions, shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The Picasso Museum and the port are also easily reached on foot. Malaga Airport is 8 km away, and the train station is about 10 minutes' walk, making car-free exploration straightforward. Despite the central location, the street remains calm at night, though some noise from neighbouring apartments and street cleaning can occur. For those driving, the on-site parking is convenient but the car lift may not accommodate larger vehicles.

The apartments range from studios (ideal for 2) to 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts, with private bathrooms (shower or bath). Each unit includes a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine; some also feature a dishwasher, oven or washing machine. A seating area with flat-screen TV is standard, and balconies or terraces are available in many apartments - studio C3A has a private sunny terrace, while apartment B3B offers a sunny Andalusian-style balcony. The general building condition is older, and some units show wear (loose fittings, dated furniture, occasional maintenance issues). Road-facing rooms can be noisier, while interior-facing apartments tend to be quieter. Comfortable beds and good blackout curtains are noted in many apartments. Free cot beds are available on request.

Each apartment is equipped for self-catering with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and basic cookware, plus a welcome supply of water and coffee pods. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but the surrounding streets offer a wide variety of dining options - including Canela Fina, Chocolata, Azahar Tapas, Brunchit Coffee & Kitchen and many more, all within 300 metres. For those who prefer to cook, the kitchen is practical for light meals. Some apartments also have a dishwasher for convenience. A limited number of wine/champagne options are available for an additional charge.

The rooftop pool is a salt-water plunge pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and outdoor furniture, offering city views. It is open all year, though the water is unheated, and the pool area is shared by all guests. Pool hours are 11:00-18:00, and the terrace is a pleasant spot for sunbathing. The pool may not be suitable for non-swimmers as it can be deep. There is also an open-air bath available free of charge. No other wellness facilities (spa, gym, sauna) are present on site.
