The surrounding residential area is safe and quiet, with restaurants, minimarts, and a supermarket within 100-300 metres. Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is 18 minutes away by public transport. A lift and an electric vehicle charging station add convenience for those arriving by car.

Each apartment is self-contained and designed for two people only. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils - no oven. Some units have a private terrace with city views, while others open onto a patio. The bathroom is private with a shower, hairdryer, and good water pressure. The bed is consistently noted for comfort, and the rooms are described as clean, modern, and well-maintained. Noise levels are low: apartments facing the inner courtyard are particularly quiet.
