APARTAMENTOS MADRID CONNECTION - UNIVERSIDAD BY OSHUN APARTMENTS, Madrid

The apartment sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood with bakeries, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. The metro station is a 3-minute walk, and bus stops are nearby, making it easy to reach Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol (about 6 km). Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is 2 km away, and Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 16 km from the property. A shopping centre with a cinema is also adjacent. However, street parking is extremely limited - evening parking searches may take over an hour. Using public transport for city centre trips is strongly recommended.

The property offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom (shower), a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine, dryer, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and wardrobe. Some units have a bed directly against a wall, so the 2-bedroom option or careful unit choice is advised for elderly travellers. Some units are at street level with direct access from the pavement and may feel like a basement with limited natural light and no operable windows in some rooms. The air conditioning can be slow to adjust and may turn off automatically at night, letting the room cool down. Some rooms lack curtains/blinds in the upper bedroom, and some have windows that cannot be opened.

The kitchenette allows guests to prepare meals independently, with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Several restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk, including Cerveceria Los Morales (0.5 km), Restaurante Casa Garrido (0.5 km), and La Muralla de Avila (0.5 km). A shopping centre with dining options is next door. For longer stays, having sufficient basic supplies such as paper towels and extra toilet paper may not be guaranteed by the property.
