Chamartín Railway Station is 3 km away, and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 15 km. The area has a few local cafés and small supermarkets within 500 metres. Street parking is limited and paid, with some private garages nearby. The ground-floor layout means the street can be audible, but the neighbourhood itself is calm for sleeping.

The apartments are recently renovated with a clean, modern style and come in configurations of 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom (2-3 beds) or 2 bedrooms with 1-2 bathrooms (3-4 beds). The larger units offer two separate bedrooms and a living room; some have a private terrace with artificial grass, a small table and chairs. All units feature air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a kitchen with a coffee machine, refrigerator, and basic cookware. Comfortable beds and pillows are reported, but some sofa beds are thin mats on the floor. The shower is a walk-in type with a slight step, and the water can leak onto the bathroom floor if used carefully. Noise from the street and neighbouring apartments can be an issue in the ground-floor units.
