APARTAMENTO VISTAENRELAX, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The apartment sits on the main road, set back from the seafront but within an easy stroll to both the promenade and the lively centre. Lidl supermarket is literally a minute away, and a small supermarket is right next door. The bus stop to the airport (300 m) makes car-free transfers simple (bus 3-4€, taxi ~20€). Free street parking is consistently available directly outside, a rarity for the area. Rancho Texas Park and Lanzarote Golf Resort are under 3 km by car.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom (one double bed), a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and full cookware. A washing machine and trouser press add longer-stay convenience. The terrace or balcony overlooks the garden or pool, ideal for morning coffee. Towels for both the beach and pool are provided. The accommodation is managed directly by the owner, who provides responsive communication and local recommendations. Cleanliness and comfort are consistently rated highly.

The kitchenette is fully stocked with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. Lidl is a 1-minute walk for groceries. For eating out, Blair's Restaurant, Billy's Bar, Bar Match Point, and several other dining options are within 3 minutes on foot. The owner also provides personalised recommendations for local eateries upon arrival.

The pool area is a key feature for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Sun loungers are available, and the apartment provides pool towels. The complex is quiet enough for a relaxing swim or sunbathe. Scuba diving and golf (within 3 km) are available at an additional charge, and the coast offers easy access to the promenade for walking or cycling.
