The hotel sits on a quiet street a few blocks from the lively 5th Avenue, giving easy access to shops, restaurants and nightlife without the noise. The ADO bus station is 15 minutes on foot, and Cancun International Airport is a 40-minute drive. Several restaurants and a café are within a 0.5 km walk. Free private parking is a significant advantage in this area, making car travel practical.

Accommodation

Rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable, a safe, mini-fridge, and private bathroom.
Each room includes a work desk, outdoor furniture, and is equipped with a fan and an alarm clock. The solar-heated water in the bathroom supports the property's eco-friendly approach.   • “This was my second time at the hotel after a road trip around the rivera, I was afraid it will be it will be a dissapointment as when I stayed the 1st time, but this time it was different, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I got a room with two beds and a working A/C, I guess it makes a difference if you check in early, you have better opportinity to get a good room.”
