APARTHOTEL ADAGIO ACCESS NICE MAGNAN, Nice

The property sits on a major road one street back from the seafront promenade and beach, reachable in about 2 minutes on foot. The Magnan tram stop (line 2) is less than a minute away, providing direct service to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (under 10 minutes) and to the city centre in three stops. Nice-Ville train station is 3 km away. The Old Town is approximately a 15-minute bus ride, and several restaurants, a supermarket (Carrefour), and a pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk. For drivers, the Promenade des Anglais is immediately accessible, but parking is paid and cannot be reserved. The immediate area includes a mix of shops, cafés, and local dining options; the centre of Nice is about a 30-minute stroll along the seafront. The neighbourhood is convenient for accessing the beach and transport but experiences traffic noise during the day, especially on the main avenue.

Room types range from compact studios (approx. 21 m2) to one-bedroom apartments and superior apartments with balcony. Each unit includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and utensils. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, soundproofed windows, a flat-screen TV (some with Chromecast), and free Wi-Fi. Superior apartments add a separate bedroom and balcony. Bathrooms in studios feature a shower cabin; two-room apartments have bathtubs. Bed configurations include double beds and sofa beds that convert to a double or two singles. Rooms on lower floors facing the main road may experience street noise; rooms with balconies are available upon request. The hallways have older, dated carpet that shows signs of wear. While the units provide the basics for self-catering stays, the overall decor is functional and some fixtures (e.g., shower stalls, cabinetry) indicate age. The kichenette is practical for light meal preparation, but storage space for luggage can be limited in standard studios.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 and consists of a continental buffet with bread, pastries, hot drinks, and cold options. The breakfast room is located near the reception and has a limited number of seats; during busy periods, it can feel cramped. The property does not have an à-la-carte restaurant, bar, or evening dining. Vending machines (drinks and snacks) are available. For fuller meals or later dining, several restaurants (Le Blue Way, Papa Pizza, School Cafe) and takeaway options are within a 2- to 5-minute walk, and the Carrefour supermarket is behind the hotel for self-catering supplies. Guests who prefer to eat out can find a wider selection along the Promenade des Anglais or in the city centre, a short tram or bus ride away.
