The apartment is on a safe, quiet street yet within a 9-minute walk to the National Museum and 10 minutes to the main train station. Tram and metro lines are less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the Old Town Square, Prague Castle or Charles Bridge. Several parks with beer gardens, supermarkets and cafés are within 5-10 minutes on foot. Walking back involves a slight uphill incline, but the central attractions are easily reachable on foot or by a short tram/metro ride.

The apartments are spacious, modern and clean, with fully equipped kitchens including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all necessary cookware and utensils. Private bathrooms have a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some units offer a terrace or courtyard view, while others are street-facing and can be noisier. Bedrooms typically have a comfortable double or queen bed, though some have a single 140 cm bed which is narrow for two non-partners. Sofa beds are available in studio, superior and family apartments. Window coverings vary; superior apartments with roof windows have blinds, while others have standard curtains. Portable fans are available for warmer weather.

For self-catering, each apartment includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. A bar and coffee house are located on site. The surrounding area has numerous supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within a 3-minute walk, including a well-reviewed steakhouse about 10 minutes away.

WiFi is free in all rooms. A lift is available but requires climbing a few steps at the start. Luggage storage and lockers are free, making later check-outs or early arrivals easier. Private check-in/check-out via a key code system simplifies arrival. Parking is available in a secure nearby garage for 20 EUR per day, but reservation is needed and availability can be limited - street parking is an alternative.
