The apartment is in the Žižkov district, a lively residential area offering a glimpse of local Prague life beyond the tourist centre. Vaclav Havel Prague Airport is 14 km away. For exploring, it is a 19-minute walk to the Historical Building of the National Museum, 1 km to Municipal House, and 2 km to Old Town Square. The main train and Florenc bus stations are within a ten-minute walk on foot, and trams running day and night connect the area to the centre in a few minutes. The neighbourhood itself has several restaurants and a supermarket within a few hundred metres. While generally safe, some areas can feel less secure at night; sticking to well-lit main streets is advisable.

Rooms are available as double (one double bed) or twin (two single beds) configurations. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries.
