The apartment is situated in a historical building on Wenceslas Square, placing you in the very centre of Prague. Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock are just 800 metres away, and the main train station is also close by. The surrounding area is packed with theatres, restaurants, cafés, bars, nightclubs and shops, as well as supermarkets within a short walk. Vaclav Havel Prague Airport is 12 km from the apartments. Direct metro (Mustek station) and tram stops are nearby, making car-free exploration easy. The location provides a central base that also remains quiet from street noise at night.

The apartments offer generous living space with separate bedrooms - for example, a two-bedroom apartment includes two separate bedrooms (each with two twin beds or a double), one bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance. A three-bedroom apartment adds an extra bedroom, with up to 7 beds plus the option of an extra rollaway bed (additional charge). All units are non-smoking and have parquet flooring. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite/cable channels, heating, a tea and coffee maker, a washing machine, and a dryer. Some bedrooms connect through one another, which works well for families but is less suitable for two couples wanting separate privacy. There is no balcony and no air conditioning - fans are available.

Each apartment has a kitchenette fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and kitchenware, providing everything needed to prepare meals. There is no restaurant on site.
