Several restaurants, a supermarket, a 24/7 pharmacy, and a laundry service are within a short walk. The area is very walkable for convention visitors, but road-facing rooms can experience traffic and metro noise.

Accommodation options include Superior Rooms (basic, no kitchen/balcony/view), and one, two, and three-bedroom Deluxe and Executive apartments with open-plan living, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware). Selected apartments feature a private balcony (available in One-Bedroom Deluxe, One-Bedroom Executive, Two-Bedroom Deluxe, and Three-Bedroom Deluxe). The Superior Room is the lowest category with no outside view. Daily housekeeping is provided, and drinking water is replenished daily.
