Several supermarkets, restaurants, and a park are within a few hundred metres. Free parking is available in the basement, with direct lift access to the corridors.

Studio apartments offer a choice of twin or queen beds. One-bedroom units have a king or two singles, a separate living area, 1.5 bathrooms, and some feature a private balcony with creek and skyline views. The two-bedroom apartment includes a maid's room with washroom (effectively three bedrooms), a private balcony, creek views, a washing machine, and a dining area. All units have air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee making.
