APARTMENTS NAEHE SCHLOSS SCHOENBRUNN, Vienna

Located in a calm residential neighbourhood, the apartments are 6 km from Schönbrunn Palace and 3 km from the Schönbrunner Gardens. A bus stop is 30 metres from the door, connecting to the U4 Hietzing station for a 15-minute trip to the palace grounds or a 20-30 minute journey to central Vienna. The area itself is quiet, well served by supermarkets and restaurants, yet sufficiently removed from the city's bustle. Vienna International Airport is 23 km away, roughly a 30-minute drive or a longer public-transport journey.

Each apartment offers a private entrance, a separate living room, and one or two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. The modern interiors are newly renovated, bright, and carpeted in places, with soundproofed rooms and heating throughout. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and drying rack. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and separate toilet. A flat-screen smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with garden views are standard. Additional storage and ironing facilities are provided. The apartments feel spacious and well laid out, though the general condition and cleanliness upon arrival can vary.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or dedicated leisure area. The sun terrace and balcony in each apartment provide private outdoor space for relaxation. For leisure activities, the Schönbrunner Gardens and palace grounds (3 km away) offer extensive parkland and cultural attractions, and the nearby ice-skating rink is an additional seasonal option.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a lift, and soundproof rooms for a quiet environment. Express check-in and check-out are handled via a secure key-box system, eliminating the need for front-desk interaction. An invoice is provided upon request. Private on-site parking is available for €25 per day but must be reserved in advance. No daily housekeeping is provided; the apartment is cleaned before arrival. Essential supplies such as toilet paper and soap may not always be replenished for the full stay, so planning ahead is advisable.
