APARTMENTS ON JBR BY HAPPY SEASON, Dubai

The property sits within the Rimal and Bahar buildings of JBR, placing you at the heart of The Walk - a pedestrian-friendly strip with dozens of restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets just steps away. Al Maktoum International Airport is 24 km away; the nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk, and a tram stop is right outside the building, giving easy access without a car. The Burj Al Arab is 7 km distant, and The Montgomery golf course is also 7 km away. Parking is free on site for two cars, but the garage can be confusing to navigate, and spaces are marked by apartment number - if your space is taken, contact management directly.

Apartments range from the 4th to the 35th floor, offering sea, marina, or city views. Interiors include a living room with a sofa bed that converts to accommodate additional guests, separate bedrooms, and 2-3 bathrooms. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and tea/coffee maker. Units include soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a dining area. Units can vary in condition; some have been noted as dated or in need of renovation, with occasional maintenance issues such as cracked sinks or stained bathtubs. Apartments are generally spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and functional air conditioning. The sofa bed is suitable for two, making the apartment a good fit for families or groups.

Within a 0.5 km radius there are multiple restaurants including JB's Gastropub, Benihana, Horizon, Rosso, Black Canyon, Offside, and Motorino Pizzeria, offering everything from Japanese teppanyaki to Italian and international pub food. Several supermarkets are a minute's walk away, ideal for stocking the fully equipped kitchen. The property itself does not serve breakfast, but the surrounding area has numerous cafes and bakeries for morning meals.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year with sun loungers and umbrellas provided, and the pool offers a view over the area. The fitness centre is free of charge and operational 24/7. Guests also have direct access to the beach from the property, which is a highlight for those seeking sun and sea. A children's playground is available on site, and the location offers tram and metro links to explore Dubai's wider leisure offerings. Some reviews note that renovation work or maintenance closures may occasionally affect pool or gym availability - it is advisable to confirm their status before arrival if these facilities are a priority.
