La Isla Shopping Mall is 4 km away, the Mayan Museum 9 km, and Cancún International Airport 21 km. The area is walkable and well-served by public transport, making a rental car unnecessary.

Green Caps does not provide breakfast or have an on-site restaurant. The ground-floor lobby has a small communal kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and free drip coffee, tea, and filtered water. There is a Chedraui supermarket directly across the street for groceries and snacks, and a wide range of restaurants, from casual tacos at Caminero Tacos Cancun to Hard Rock Cafe, all within a 2- to 5-minute walk.

The hotel sits on a beachfront property with direct access to the sand and sea. There is a small terrace with a few tables and chairs outside, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. No pool, gym, or spa are present. The Hotel Zone beaches, bars, and the Cancun Convention Center are all reachable on foot in under 5 minutes.
