The apartments stand on Barcelona's premier boulevard, directly across from Gaudí's Casa Batlló and within easy walking distance of Casa Milà. Passeig de Gràcia Station is steps away, offering metro lines and direct Renfe trains to Barcelona-El Prat Airport. A taxi rank sits right outside the building, and the neighbourhood is filled with upmarket boutiques, tapas bars, and fine-dining restaurants (El Nacional, Taller de Tapas, La Rita within 0.5 km). The Gothic Quarter and La Rambla are a 10-minute stroll, while the Eixample district provides a safe, central base for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

Each apartment features elegant contemporary décor with parquet flooring and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Layouts range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, all with separate living areas (including a double sofa bed), fully equipped kitchens (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, cookware), and a washer/dryer. Bed configurations vary: some have king-size beds, others two single beds, and larger apartments combine double beds, singles, and sofa beds. Ground-floor rooms facing the street may experience traffic noise, while courtyard-facing and higher floor rooms are quieter.
