A subway station is within 500 metres, with Canal Street providing access to multiple lines. Little Italy is a five-minute walk, and the Financial District, Brooklyn Bridge, and One World Trade Center are all within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and lively by day, with dozens of Chinese and Italian restaurants within a 0.5 km radius. For airport access, a paid private transfer to JFK is available, and Newark is reachable via Uber or public transit.

All rooms feature custom handmade furniture, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, and individual climate control - though the central system may limit thermostat adjustment (portable units are available). Deluxe King Rooms include a king bed and lower west side views; Deluxe Family Rooms add two queen beds and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and sink. A limited number of rooms have a private balcony (only the King suite has a fully private one; others share a divided balcony). Bathrooms are private with a bathtub (no separate shower), plush linens, and luxury amenities. Room size varies: family rooms are notably spacious, while some standard rooms feel compact. Decor and carpets are dated but kept clean. Daily housekeeping is provided.
