SWEETT - ATELIER NAPOLEON, Paris

This location puts you directly between two of Paris's main train stations, making arrivals and departures effortless. Gare du Nord is 4 minutes on foot and Gare de l'Est is 700 metres away, giving you access to RER B (airport line), Eurostar, and multiple metro lines. Sacré-Coeur is a 16-minute walk, and La Cigale concert hall is 13 minutes on foot. Opéra Garnier is 2 km away, the Louvre Museum 3 km, and Tuileries Garden 4 km. The area around the stations is busy with shops and fast-food options, but the street-level environment can feel less appealing late at night; the apartment itself is secure. For day-to-day travel, the transport links make car-free city access straightforward.

The apartment units come in several configurations: studios with a kitchenette and one bed, two-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, and larger 4-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms. All apartments include a private entrance, a private bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kitchenware), a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. Central heating is available. Some apartments are on the ground floor or a lower level, which can mean limited natural light, less privacy from exterior curtains, and potential dampness or mould around windows. For greater comfort, request an apartment on an upper floor.

The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kitchenware, allowing you to prepare meals independently. For those who prefer not to cook, the immediate area around Gare du Nord is densely populated with fast-food restaurants (McDonald's, Burger King, Quick, Hippopotamus) and casual eateries (Chez Casimir, Cafe la Chaufferie, Le Zinc Du Nord, Douraku), all within 300 metres. There is no breakfast service available, so plan to either shop for groceries or eat out. The kitchen also includes a high chair for children.

WiFi is free and works in all areas. The building has a lift, which is helpful for luggage. A safety deposit box is available in each apartment. The property uses a digital check-in system; access codes and instructions are sent via WhatsApp. Communication with the host is primarily through this channel and can be slow during busy periods. The area is considered secure, and the apartments have a private entrance. There is no parking. Laundry is facilitated by the washing machine in each apartment. A cleaning kit and basic toiletries are supplied. Cots are available on request.
