The apartment hotel occupies a quiet street close to the University of Vienna, the Burgtheater, and the State Opera. St. Stephen's Cathedral, the MuseumsQuartier, and the Spanish Riding School are roughly a 10-minute walk away. Tram lines 37, 38, 40, 41 and 42, plus underground lines U1 and U2, stop close by, making it easy to reach Praterstern, Westbahnhof (30 min) and Hauptbahnhof (40 min) by public transport. Several restaurants, bars and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

The units offer a mix of studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments.
