ELIAS RESIDENCE VIENNA, Vienna

Elias Residence Vienna sits on a quiet street in the city centre, within walking distance of St. Stephen's Cathedral (under 1 km), Hofburg (12-minute walk), Albertina Museum (1 km), and the Imperial Treasury (1 km). The immediate area is safe and lively, with a park nearby and numerous restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores on the same block. The airport bus stop is one minute from the door, metro and tram stops are within a 5-minute walk, and Vienna Central Station is about 2 km away. The property is in a quieter pocket of the centre, so street noise is rarely an issue.

The property offers a range of room types: double, twin, family (with 2 beds plus a sofa bed), and a large double. All rooms have air conditioning, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV (streaming only, no live channels), a safe deposit box, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Beds are king-size and widely considered very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and newly fitted but lack a shower screen, so water can spread across the floor, and there are no towel hooks or toilet-roll holder. Some rooms have a noticeable gap under the door, letting in hallway light and sound. Rooms are generally quiet, with good sound insulation from the street. The family room is particularly generous in size.

The property operates entirely via self check-in with door codes sent 2 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk, and all communication is through WhatsApp - responses are usually fast but can be delayed. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout but can be unreliable for streaming; a wired connection is not offered. Luggage can be left in the lobby after check-out, but there is no secure lock-up or staffed storage. No housekeeping, towel changes, or bin emptying are provided for stays under a week; longer stays may need to request this. A lift is available for the 4th floor only (max 3 persons); the 1st floor is stair-only.
