AQUARIUM TERMINI, Rome

The guest house is a 5-minute walk to Rome Termini Train Station and Vittorio Emanuele Metro, giving easy rail and underground connections across the city. The Colosseum is a 19-minute walk, and Santa Maria Maggiore is 500 metres away. The immediate area around the station is busy with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, including several Korean and Italian options within 0.5 km. Roma Termini's airport bus terminal is a 2-minute walk, making early flights straightforward. The area can feel less secure after dark, so arriving on foot late at night may require extra caution.

Room options range from double and twin/double rooms (1 bed) up to family rooms (3 beds) and quadruple rooms (2 beds). Each room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. A dressing area, tiled floors, and a wardrobe are standard. Some rooms feature a fireplace. Air conditioning is provided, but units in a few rooms may lack a remote control. Noise insulation between rooms is minimal; road-facing rooms can be noisy at night. Rooms are compact; the family room size is better suited to 3 people than 5. Bed comfort and mattress cleanliness vary, but most reports describe the beds as comfortable. Rooms may feel dated, but for a short city stay focused on sightseeing, the practical amenities cover the essentials.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs €5 per person. It typically consists of a packaged sweet bun (cornetto or brioche), a piece of fruit (banana or apple), a juice box, and a small sweet cake or snack. Coffee and tea are self-service from a machine in the reception area, available 24/7; milk is not always provided. The dining setup lacks tables and chairs - breakfast is taken to the room or as a grab-and-go option. For a more substantial morning meal, the Termini station area has numerous cafés, bars, and fast-food outlets within a few minutes' walk. Several Italian, Korean, and Chinese restaurants are located within 0.5 km of the property.
