Most major attractions-Trevi Fountain, Piazza Barberini, Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum-are within a 20-40 minute walk, making car-free exploration practical. Parking is at a nearby garage for €35/day, with the property outside the ZTL zone, so drivers avoid limited-traffic restrictions.

Room types range from single and double/twin to quadruple, all with a private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer), wardrobe, and tea/coffee-making facilities. City views are available in some rooms; none have a balcony. Rooms may feel compact, with some described as small or dark, particularly those lacking natural light. Two single beds pushed together are common, and the mattresses can be soft. Noise from the street can be an issue in front-facing rooms; rear-facing rooms are quieter.
