ARABIAN PARK DUBAI AL JADDAF, AN EDGE BY ROTANA HOTEL, Dubai

The hotel sits in a fast-growing business and lifestyle area, adjacent to the five-star Al Jaddaf Rotana. Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre are a short drive away, and Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame, and Dubai Festival City are also nearby. Al Jaddaf metro station on the Green Line is a 10-minute walk, and the hotel runs a free hourly shuttle to it, making car-free city access straightforward. The immediate area has limited walkable dining or entertainment, but the free shuttle to La Mer beach and Dubai Mall compensates for this. Parking on site is free but limited to one car per room, and spaces cannot be reserved.

Room types include Classic (20 m², for two adults and two children under 11), Premium, and balcony rooms with city or pool views. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Most Classic rooms have a bathtub, and the minibar functions as a fridge. Balcony rooms are available but not in all categories - if a balcony is important, confirm the specific booking category. Some rooms have connecting doors or face the road, which can reduce soundproofing; rooms away from these are quieter. Housekeeping is daily upon request, and irons are available on request. The Classic King room (20 m²) can be tight for two adults plus luggage, so the Premium or balcony room categories offer more space. Smoking rooms are available subject to availability at check-in.

Gardenia restaurant serves international buffet breakfast (AED 50-60), lunch, and dinner daily from 06:30 to 10:30 for breakfast; lunch and dinner are à la carte. The breakfast includes continental, Italian, Full English/Irish, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, Asian, American, and buffet options, plus a breakfast-to-go option. DELI-Cious is a 24-hour lobby lounge café with a takeaway service, offering halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free choices. Cheers Pub (open 12:00-02:00) serves bar bites, alcohol, and cocktails. The Blue Lounge Bar is open for lunch and cocktail hour. Room service is available 24 hours. The all-inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and house beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic based on the menu). The breakfast variety is limited for longer stays, with a repetitive daily menu.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas and available in rooms. Free private parking is on site for one car per room with no reservation possible. The 24-hour front desk offers currency exchange, concierge, tour desk, and safe deposit boxes. Luggage storage is free for same-day use after check-out, and the hotel also provides shower facilities in changing rooms for departures. Airport transfers are chargeable (AED 150-175 per car one way, maximum two adults). Daily housekeeping is available on request. Other services include laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, grocery deliveries, and business centre/meeting rooms (chargeable). The hotel has a lift, non-smoking floors, and family rooms. Visitors are allowed in the lobby only and must register with ID at reception. Unmarried or opposite-nationality couples can share a room. Payment can be made by cash or major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, and UnionPay. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.
