Al Jaddaf metro station on the Green Line is a 10-minute walk, and the hotel runs a free hourly shuttle to it, making car-free city access straightforward. The immediate area has limited walkable dining or entertainment, but the free shuttle to La Mer beach and Dubai Mall compensates for this. Parking on site is free but limited to one car per room, and spaces cannot be reserved.

Room types include Classic (20 m², for two adults and two children under 11), Premium, and balcony rooms with city or pool views. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries.
