ARCHES INN, Rome

The property is well positioned for exploring Rome: Cipro Metro Station (Line A) is about 2-3 minutes on foot, providing direct connections to Termini Station (7 stops) and the historic centre. The Vatican Museums and St. Peter's are within a 10-15 minute walk, making the area convenient for sightseeing. The neighbourhood is quiet yet lively, with numerous restaurants, bars and cafés within 0.5 km. A 24-hour supermarket is located just around the corner. The property is in a top-rated area for location.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, plus a balcony, desk, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Room types available range from doubles to quadruples, with some triples offering a double bed and a single. Some rooms have sofa beds (190x80 cm). The shared kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave and electric kettle, and includes a dining area. Rooms are basic in style; some may feel dated, with occasional minor maintenance issues. Soundproofing is limited, so internal noise from other guests can be noticeable, particularly in the shared areas. Balconies provide outdoor seating.

Breakfast is a self-service Italian-style buffet with sweet items such as bread, pastries, jams, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. For an additional 3 EUR, this provides a light start to the day. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and allows guests to prepare their own meals. A 24-hour supermarket is within a 1-minute walk, and multiple restaurants, pizzerias and kebab shops are located 0.3-0.5 km away, providing plenty of dining choices in the immediate area.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, gym or sauna at the property. For relaxation, guests may use the shared lounge/TV area or the terrace. The surrounding area offers plenty of cafés, restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket for casual downtime.

The property provides free Wi-Fi throughout, a lift, and non-smoking rooms. Luggage storage is offered free of charge, and a paid airport shuttle service is available. Daily housekeeping is provided, but may not be automatic unless requested at reception. A shared kitchen and lounge are accessible to all guests. Other services include concierge, private check-in/out, and a minimarket on site. A safety deposit box is available, and there is key access for security. Pets are allowed on request with possible extra charges. No on-site parking is available; nearby street parking (often easier in July) or a private garage for about 20 EUR/night can be used. There are no washing machines on site, but automatic laundries are located nearby.
