The nearest public parking (Parking Escuelas Pias) is a 5-minute walk. For those without a car, a direct Uber to the airport costs around 11 euros, or the owner offers a 30-euro shuttle. All major sights, markets, and restaurants are easily reached on foot.

Rooms range from double rooms with a rooftop pool view or patio to spacious two-bedroom suites with a seating area and dining space. All units feature soundproof walls, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a tea/coffee maker, fridge, and a work desk. Private bathrooms have a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and toilet with grab rails where wheelchair accessible. Beds are described as exceptionally comfortable with quality linen. Some rooms offer a private terrace, balcony, or direct access to the pool area. The building has a lift. Note: the smallest room type (apartment 5) does not have a kitchenette, only a bedroom and bathroom.
