The Plaza de Armas bus station is a 15-minute walk, providing connections to other cities. For airport access, take bus EA from Paseo Colón, a 10-minute walk from the hostel, for €4. The area is walkable and well-served by public transport, making car travel unnecessary for most visitors.

Rooms feature simple Andalusian décor with tiled floors and air conditioning. Dormitory bunk beds come with privacy curtains, reading lights, shelves, and individual lockers. Lockers are sized for small bags and valuables-larger backpacks may not fit, but can be stored in the reception safe or left in the room. Rooms with windows overlooking internal courtyards have limited natural light and ventilation; some rooms have windows only onto the corridor. The property is generally quiet at night, but noise from hallway activity, nearby bathrooms, and early morning cleaning can be audible. Light sleepers may benefit from earplugs. The top bunks are high with minimal handholds; ground-floor rooms are available on request. A women-only dorm with an en-suite bathroom is available.

Breakfast is served from morning until late morning and includes bread for toast, industrial croissants and muffins, cereals, oats, jam, chocolate spread, butter, and filter coffee.
