The hotel is on the left bank, between the upscale Motte-Picquet neighborhood and the lively Rue du Commerce, 400 metres away. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, Military Academy, and Invalides. The metro station is literally across the street, providing direct connections to major attractions, Gare Montparnasse (13 minutes), and lines to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports via RER. Bus line 80 stops at the station. The area is dense with dining options, grocery stores (Franprix 150m), and a Monoprix nearby. Metered street parking is available, and a paid garage costs €20 per day.

All rooms feature a desk, leather chair, kettle with complementary tea/coffee, safe, hairdryer, and parquet flooring. Some rooms offer an Eiffel Tower view, but these are limited to double occupancy. Triple rooms do not have a tower view. Adjacent double rooms are on the same floor but are not connecting. Room sizes are typical for central Paris; the furnishings in some rooms are older but functional. Rooms facing the street may experience noise from traffic and the metro; courtyard rooms are quieter. The lift fits three guests with luggage. Daily housekeeping is provided.
