The hotel sits in the Saint-Lazare area, steps from the Printemps and Galeries Lafayette department stores. Public transport is excellent: Metro lines 3, 12, 13, 14, RER A and E, and bus lines are within a few minutes' walk. Gare Saint-Lazare provides direct Transilien services to Versailles (25 min) and Giverny (45 min), while RER A reaches Disneyland Paris in 40 minutes. Many top attractions, including the Louvre and Tuileries Garden, are within a 20-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Street noise can be present, but double-glazed windows provide effective soundproofing.

Rooms feature double-glazed windows, individual air conditioning, a work desk, wardrobe, and hairdryer. Yves Rocher welcome products are provided. Superior rooms offer extra space, and some rooms on the 4th floor include a balcony with city views. The hotel has a classic Parisian decor; while some rooms show signs of age, they are generally clean and well-maintained. Beds are comfortable, and daily housekeeping is included. Note that rooms do not have a safe, tea/coffee making facilities, or a microwave. Guests should request an iron from reception if needed.

The breakfast is a simple continental offering: a basket of bread, croissant, butter, jam, and a choice of coffee or tea. It is reasonably priced for central Paris but limited in variety - there are no hot options or cereal. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding area is filled with cafes, brasseries, and bakeries within a short walk, offering more extensive meal choices.
