IMPERIUM VITTORIO CENTRAL GUESTHOUSE - 4 BDR, CITY CENTER, 100MT TO TRAIN STATION, PVT BATHROOMS, A-C, Rome

The property sits in the Esquilino district, minutes from Termini station and the metro. The Colosseum is 2 km away, Porta Maggiore 800 metres. Many cafés and restaurants are within a 300-metre walk. The area is busy and diverse; some streets feel less secure at night, so staying alert is advisable. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter than those overlooking the street.

Rooms are in a shared apartment with a common kitchen and living area. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, but in some rooms the bathroom is outside the bedroom, accessible via the common area. Air conditioning operates on a timer and is free only between 19:00 and 23:00; using it outside these hours incurs a fee. Some rooms have a balcony with city or courtyard views. Walls are thin, so noise from the common areas or other bedrooms can be heard. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift.

A shared kitchen is available but is equipped only with a refrigerator - no pots, pans, microwave, or oven. There is no on-site breakfast or restaurant. The surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options within 300 metres, including Italian, Indian, and international cuisine. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies.
