A&R Urban Hotel is situated in a suburban area of Kuala Lumpur, 25 km from the airport and a 20-minute walk from the nearest train station.
Located in a quiet residential area away from the city centre, the hotel is well-suited for travellers with a car. Free on-site parking is available. The hotel is a short drive to Batu Caves and the city's northern attractions. A Mamak restaurant is adjacent, and a supermarket and McDonald's are within walking distance. The nearest train station (Kepong Sentral) is about 20 minutes on foot, offering connections to KL Sentral. Taxis and ride-hailing services are practical for reaching the city centre (approx. 15-20 RM to KL Sentral).

Accommodation

Rooms are modernly designed with comfortable beds and pillows, but many standard rooms lack windows and soundproofing is limited.
The hotel offers a range of room types: single, twin, double, and suites with separate living areas. Standard rooms are compact and some have no windows; rooms with windows or balconies are available at a premium. Duplex suites include a bathtub and more space. All rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and electric kettle. Sound insulation is poor, so noise from neighbours, corridors, and traffic can be an issue. Rooms near the lift or on the main road are particularly noisy. For a quieter stay, request a room away from these areas.
