The area is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and night markets, but the immediate street can be busy with traffic and construction.

Room types include Superior, Deluxe (floors 19-26), and Premier (floors 27-36), all with floor-to-ceiling windows and city views. Rooms are compact but clean, with a flat-screen TV, safe, ironing facilities, and carpeted floors. Beds are comfortable, though twin beds are narrow (90 cm). Some rooms have connecting doors. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower (no bathtub), bidet, and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available but can be inconsistent in cooling power. Noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, especially on lower floors. Rooms away from the lift and on higher floors tend to be quieter.
