ATELIER LOMANI, Vienna

The apartment sits on a quiet street in Währing, offering a restful base away from the city's bustle while keeping central attractions accessible. The tram stop is just 200 m away (a 3-minute walk) and provides a direct connection to the city center in about 15-20 minutes. The U6 metro station is roughly 1 km on foot (8-10 minutes), and multiple supermarkets (Hofer, Billa) are within a 3-5 minute walk. Key sights such as the Leopold Museum, Hofburg, and the ice-skating rink are easily reachable by public transport. For drivers, on-site parking is available but tight; several public garages are also within a 5-minute walk.

The apartments range from studios to two-bedroom units, all featuring parquet floors or tiled floors, a dining area, a work desk, and garden or quiet street views. Kitchens are fully equipped: stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and kitchenware; some units also include a toaster, coffee machine, and welcome drinks. The one-bedroom apartments typically have either a double bed or two single beds, while the two-bedroom apartment has a double bed (not separable) plus a sleeping bed. All apartments include air conditioning (select units), heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. Ground-floor units open onto a private terrace or patio with outdoor furniture. Rooms facing the garden are especially quiet, while some ground-floor units are naturally darker due to mature trees.

Cooking at the apartment is convenient thanks to a well-stocked kitchenette with stovetop, oven/microwave, dishwasher, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, and sugar. Supermarkets including Hofer and Billa are within a 3- to 5-minute walk for groceries. An array of dining options is also within easy reach: Asian Garden (0.5 km), Mach Ma Curry (0.5 km), La Cocotte (0.5 km), Lamian (0.5 km), Cafebrennerei Franze (0.5 km), and more. The apartment has a dining area for in-house meals, and a welcome bottle of prosecco or wine is often provided for an early treat.

The inner courtyard garden is a highlight, featuring trees, grass, and outdoor furniture where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. Some ground-floor apartments have their own private terrace or seating area in the garden. The property does not have a spa, pool, or gym, but the nearby ice-skating rink offers leisure activity, and the quiet neighbourhood is ideal for morning walks or runs. Board games are available for family entertainment.
