No parking is available, so driving is impractical; public transport is the most efficient way to move around.

The apartment contains one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed (suitable for a third person or child). The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Despite being on the ground floor and facing a small square, the windows are well soundproofed, keeping the interior quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and all necessary cookware. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available. The apartment is air-conditioned and heated, and the interior is modern, clean and fresh.
