The area is well served by restaurants and cafés, including Kuche Madrid, Ajolote Mexican Grill, and Goiko Grill, all within 300 metres. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 19 km away, reachable by metro or taxi; the metro connection avoids traffic.

All rooms contain a double bed measuring 135 cm x 190 cm, which may feel small for taller guests or couples. Rooms are either ensuite with a private shower or have access to shared toilets and showers on the corridor. The shared bathroom setup involves multiple bathrooms shared among approximately 20 rooms on the first floor. Rooms are generally compact and functional, with some featuring a window to the street and others having interior windows that let in minimal light. The property is new and clean, but sound insulation is minimal: street noise, hallway activity, and neighbouring room sounds are clearly audible. Some rooms also have a gap under the door and thin walls, which can let in light and noise.

This is a no-frills city property focused on providing a clean, functional room. There is no pool, gym, spa, or common lounge area. The best leisure option is to explore Madrid's cultural attractions, all easily accessible from the metro station directly outside.

The property is entirely self-service with no on-site reception. Check-in and room access are managed through a smartphone link; a stable internet connection is essential. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. A free hot/cold water dispenser is available in the lobby. Cleaning of shared bathrooms is done daily, and room cleaning is available on request but must be arranged in advance. An invoice is provided. There is no parking on site, and the nearest parking facility is at the neighbouring Meliá hotel. Pets are not allowed. The property is adults only.
