Old Town theme park is 18 km from the property, and Orlando Premium Outlets - Vineland Avenue is reachable in 23 minutes. The surrounding area is well-served by shops and restaurants, but a car is recommended for getting around given the distances. The resort grounds are walkable and feature landscaped pathways, lakes, and abundant wildlife.

Villas range from 2 to 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and separate living areas. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven, plus a washing machine and dryer - ideal for longer stays or families. Bed configurations include options with up to 7 beds, and master bedrooms often have king beds noted for their comfort. All villas include air conditioning, cable TV with DVD player, and a balcony or screened porch; some offer lake views. The units are well-maintained and spacious, with a comfortable, home-like feel.

Mambos serves casual American fare by the pool, ideal for a relaxed meal without leaving the resort.
