BALCON AL MAR, Valencia

The property sits in a lively area near the marina, with numerous restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. Bus and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walk, providing direct connections to Valencia city centre. The Valencia cruise port is 1 km away (14 minutes on foot). The beach is a pleasant 15-minute stroll. While the immediate area can feel busy, public transport makes it easy to explore the city. The property is well-positioned for both harbour views and beach access.

Accommodation types include double, twin, single, and family rooms. Superior double rooms include a tea/coffee maker and a balcony with sea views. Family rooms have a walk-in shower and city-view balcony. Single rooms are compact with parquet flooring and an outdoor dining area. All rooms feature heating and an electric kettle (in superior rooms; a shared kettle is available in the living room for other room types). Soundproofing is limited; rooms near the reception or facing the street can experience noise. Some rooms are very small, especially those with the bathroom integrated into the room. Daily housekeeping is provided. For a quieter stay, request a room away from communal areas.

Breakfast is served in a shared airy room and is included in the rate. The spread is simple but sufficient for a light meal. Coffee, tea, and biscuits are available free of charge all day. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but numerous dining options - from tapas bars to bistros - are within a 5-minute walk around the marina and nearby streets.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness facilities. For leisure, guests can rent bicycles or join bike tours to explore the city and coastline. Temporary art galleries are available off-site free of charge. The shared lounge offers a comfortable space with complimentary tea and coffee. Beach towels are available for use, and the beach is a short walk away.
