HQ ARENA HOTEL, Valencia

The hotel is in a quiet, safe residential area a 15-minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences complex, including the Oceanogràfic and Hemisfèric. The Roig Arena is a 5-minute walk, and Valencia Stadium is within walking distance. The Saler shopping centre and the Turia Park are also nearby. The number 10 tram stop is 200 metres away, providing a direct 8-minute connection to the city centre, and a metro station is similarly close. Water sports are available in the surrounding area. Free street parking is often available in front of the hotel. For those driving, the location is easily reached from the motorway.

Rooms are available as doubles, twin/doubles, and suites. Many offer inner courtyard or quiet street views, while some have a terrace. All rooms include air conditioning, an electric kettle, a safety deposit box, and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are clean and modern, some with a walk-in shower. The mattresses are notably firm; those preferring a softer bed may wish to consider this. Interior soundproofing can be variable, with some noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors. Rooms at the front may have some street noise, while higher floors are generally quieter. A basic fridge is sometimes present in the room.

The breakfast is a fixed-menu continental style with several options, including a croissant, coffee, and orange juice. Gluten-free bread is available on request. The breakfast is served at a counter/bar area in the reception. The selection is limited, designed for basic needs rather than a varied buffet. A café nearby (behind the building) offers additional breakfast choices. Several restaurants are within a short walk, including Pizzas Don Pepone (0.5 km), Benicio (0.5 km), Raco De Les Arts (0.5 km), and Mas Blayet (1 km).
