Valencia Railway Station is just over 0.5 km away, and the airport is 9 km from the property, accessible by metro or the paid shuttle service. The area is pedestrian and bicycle-friendly, so a car is unnecessary for exploring the city.

The apartments at Casa Cosy are well-sized and clearly separated into living, sleeping and cooking zones. Each unit features a living area with a flat-screen TV, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet, and free toiletries. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a coffee machine and electric kettle. The private entrance, soundproof walls, and inner courtyard views ensure the apartment is very quiet, even in the bustling old town. Bedding is comfortable, with a double bed in the master and two singles in the second bedroom (the sofa bed accommodates an extra person). Air conditioning is present in the living room only but is sufficient to keep the whole apartment cool. The one-bedroom balcony apartment is smaller than the standard two-bedroom unit. No washing machine is available, though a self-service laundromat is nearby. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard, and fresh towels are provided or swapped during longer stays.

Casa Cosy does not have a restaurant, but the well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering straightforward. A Carrefour Express supermarket is right next door, open until 21:30, so stocking up on groceries and essentials is easy. For breakfast, the apartment provides coffee capsules, bread, jams, butter, and water - sufficient for a light first meal. Bicycles can be rented from the shop downstairs and returned there in the evening.
