Baltik Guesthouse occupies the first floor of a historic building in a safe, central area. Many of Rome's key sites - the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Quirinal Palace - are within a 20-30 minute walk. Roma Termini station is a 10-15-minute walk away, providing direct rail and metro links across the city and to Fiumicino Airport. The neighbourhood is well served by buses and metro, making car-free exploration straightforward. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket are within 300 metres, and a popular gelateria is directly opposite. The property's location is particularly convenient for early-morning departures from Termini.

Rooms range from single to quadruple configurations. All units include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries, plus soundproofed walls, a dressing room, and heating. Double rooms offer one double bed; quadruple rooms contain two double beds, making them suitable for families or groups. Rooms are compact - particularly the single and triple options - but are kept clean and functional. Some rooms face the street and may experience traffic noise; rooms near the 24-hour reception can hear front-desk activity. Air conditioning units are individually controlled; a few units have been noted to require attention. Housekeeping is provided daily, with towel changes available on request.

Baltik Guesthouse does not have a restaurant or provide breakfast. A complimentary coffee and tea station with a microwave is available in the hallway for all guests. The surrounding area offers many dining options within a short walk: Pinsere, Ristorante Pizzeria Andrea e Licia, Ristorante Greco Ippokrates, and several other Italian and international restaurants are all within 300 metres. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies. For early departures, the lack of breakfast can be managed by stocking up at the supermarket or visiting one of the nearby cafes.
